The project involves the construction of directional and representative offices of Tessitura Monti. The new offices occupy a portion of an existing building that has been completely renovated internally and externally.
The building finds its strengths in the junction of the new access, and in the roof garden on the first floor. The new staircase with elevator, in iron and glass, fills the existing void of the southwest corner and is at the same time in relation with the old offices and the park. The open-air roof garden makes it possible to animate the space on which the various rooms face, bringing the nature inside and providing diffused lighting. Also the new main elevations are organized to privilege the empty spaces and to enjoy the beautiful existing park.
